Please Note:
It is mandatory to mention Check In and Check out dates. For all accommodation, Check in / out time is 12 noon . For immediate occupancy (before 12 noon ) kindly book from previous night.
For Hotel bookings, kindly fill in the accommodation form and send one night advance payment in favor of “APBC 2009” latest by October 1, 2008 . For booking after this date a full advance payment will be necessary as this is a very heavy tourist season.Cancellations are not possible after 1.12.08. Rates include breakfast but exclude 12.5% taxes & 15% in Ashok & Samrat. Hotel rates/ taxes are subject to change. All claims will be settled after the Conference is over. Hotel booking cancellation request must be sent in writing.
For Guest House / ISI Hostel bookings, kindly fill in the accommodation form and send full advance payment in favor of “APBC 2009”. Very limited rooms are available at MAMC Guest house and ISI Hostel. The rooms are allotted on first come first serve basis. Room bookings at MAMC and Indian Social Institute cannot be cancelled.
MAMC Guest house : Single occupancy in MAMC guest house is not applicable. Room sharing at the MAMC Guest house is at the discretion of the organizing committee. Bookings can be made only for Doctors in Indian Government service and those working in teaching institutions in India . Rates are exclusive of breakfast. Breakfast can be ordered to hospital canteen. There are no taxes applicable.
Indian Social Institute Hostel: Room sharing at the discretion of the org committee. If delegate wants to share the room with a friend then the entire amount should be received in one payment and the name of the room mate provided with his/her Registration number. Advance payment required for entire stay & is non refundable. The rate does includes breakfast and taxes. Breakfast can be ordered to hostel canteen.
Official transport shall be available from the Conference Hotels and MAMC guest house (but excluding ISI Hostel) at designated timings.
All money transfer cost towards 'Accommodation' will be borne by the delegate. |
