- Preferential Location Charges - PLC 1 (Front row / 2 side open) @ Rs. 1000 / Sq. M extra.
- Preferential Location Charges - PLC 2 (Front row + 2 side open) @ Rs. 2000 / Sq. M extra.
BOOTH SIZES
- Small booth 3 X 2 m. = 6 m2
- Standard booth 3 X 3 m. = 9 m2
- A 'table & chair' will be charged @ 3 m2 . Preferential location charges shall be applicable for table & chair also.
- Booths will be allocated at the discretion of Organizing Committee.

Exhibitors shall be provided meals at the following rates:
- All congress meals (18th to 20th January 2009) @ Rs. 7000/-- per person
- Single lunch @ Rs. 700/-- per person
- Single dinner @ Rs. 2000/-- per person
- Coupons may be purchased at the registration counter.
- Exhibitors requiring official accommodation should submit the accommodation form by quoting their Exhibitors registration number.
