Important Notes

SRS means Single Room Supplement & is applicable for overnight tours only. The delegates are requested to pre-register for the tours. The tour will operate on a minimum of 2 persons traveling together Above tours do not include any items which are not included in the cost.

Confirmation Policy: Tours: Full payment for tours is required in advance .

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received before 90 days	10% of the total amount
Cancellations received between 60-90 days	25% of the total amount
Cancellations received less that 60 days before check in date or date of commencement of the tour	No refund

All money transfer cost towards 'Tours' will be borne by the delegate.
